Ultimate Receives ISO 9001:2000 Certification
Certification covering quality management system of precision machining of component parts to customer specifications underscores Ultimate’s commitment to excellence

	PLAINFIELD, IL., January 16, 2004 Ultimate Machining and Engineering Inc. announced that it has received third party registrar certification, to the ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000 American National Standard, for its Quality Management System. The ANSI-RAB accredited registrar, Smithers Quality Assesments, Inc., awarded this certification for Ultimate’s demonstrated excellence in the development, manufacturing, production and quality management systems of the company’s machined parts. Ultimate completed this certification process in only four months, passing numerous on-site audits and demonstrating that its documented processes and facility operations fully comply with the stringent ISO standards. "Our customers, employees and partners will benefit as a result of this certification that validates the industry's most exacting requirements for quality procedures,” said Lynn Minarich, vice-president of Ultimate. “By achieving this certification, we have underscored our commitment to excellence in our product manufacturing, as well as every aspect of our business."
